Had a 6.5 Creedmoor with a carbine buffer tube, standard spring and a light 3.8 oz buffer that would not lock open on the last shot from mag. Replaced the standard spring with this shortened spring and it locks open every time. Perfect!

OK don't hate me to much . I used this spring on a 45 acp blowback build with a Heavy solid buffer . After 3 months of working on that gun , I was finely able to get thru a whole mag with a stove pipe .
