AR-15/M16 NON-ROTATING PIN SET Reviews & Ratings

Redesigned hammer pin and anti-rotation links provide the strongest possible system to eliminate pin rotation, and will withstand the additional force exerted by 9mm conversions and suppressed .223 upper receivers. Helps prevent wear to receiver holes, which is especially important for increasingly-valuable M16 and pre-ban receivers. Notched hammer pin locks into slots in the anti-rotation links; trigger is secured with locking screws, and includes lube ports so adequate lubrication reaches the trigger. Anti-rotation links fit on the outside of the receiver to prevent all movement. Pins are CNC-machined, centerless ground for uniformity and heat treated for durability. Available in Standard .154", Oversized .155", and .170" for larger receivers. Oversized Pins help improve accuracy and trigger control by tightening up any trigger slack that may exist in worn or new receivers. Standard-sized pins drop-in and require no modification to the receiver; oversized pins require the use of the 3.95mm Reamer (available separately).

A real precision kit.

I've read other comments that thought the kit was overpriced but Ill tell you this is a very well made and thought out kit that works and looks great.Very simple to install, use the new pins to drive out the old ones.

Easily change out trigger & hammer pins

I bought the correct size by accident so this review is written by a novice. I had seen these pins on another weapon, bought them from only provider I can find, Brownells. So easy to install, instructions with product very clear. I have changed out triggers before so I had knocked the pins in and out. The pin change with trigger set remaining in place is so easy with the brass arrowhead screwed into place. Standard punch hammer and ten minutes at the most. Would buy again for another build.

Worth the money

I use these on all of my AR lowers after I had a set of pins walk out. I tried a cheaper brand and had issues.

Best darn insurance for your AR

After having a trigger pin "walk out on me" at the range and panic ensued, just a hair out of line, would not fire. WELL with KNS precision anti walk pins.. no more issues. best darn easily installed insurance you can get, aesthetically pleasing and very effective. I have these on all of my AR's

Very good quality

Ive bought many of these for AR builds. I like that the pins are polished. The tolerances on the parts are very good. Ive never had any problems with these non-rotating pins. Easy to install. Helps improve the operation of the trigger group.

I used these to add a Timney Calvin Elite Trigger to my Wilson Combat Arms Super Sniper for prairie dogs in North and South Dakota. The fit is precise, the quality and finish are first class. Overall . . . . A+.

Worked with my AR10 PSA gen2 lower

Installs easy and the screws came with dried up thread locker. Installed a Rise Armament trigger assembly and locked that in my AR10 receiver.

Gambled w/ geissele ssa-e and fit

I have a m&p 15 sport 2 with geissele ssa-e trigger and still had some wiggle/slop in the pins. Now all the Q&A says they don't work with this brand of trigger. Worked in my case when installed. Nice snug fit. tip I can give you is trigger pin start from right to left. Worked better in my situation. Then do the hammer pin. Kns pins did exactly what they were designed to do. No more slop/ wiggle with these pins!!!!!

KNS 154" NR Pin Set

This is a must have item I believe, it is very easy to install. It looks great on the lower & holds trigger in place 100% of the time. This is a great item and I have used a lot of them, they are a really great product.

Piece a Cake!!

Bought the Gen 2 recently and gave it 5 stars. So, on this build project I thought of throwing this one on. Again, it was a piece of cake. Really simple. It makes the rifle even look a tougher.
