AR-15/M16 MINI RISER MOUNT

Add-on riser rail gives an additional ½" of elevation or offset sometimes needed to mount a red dot sight, light, laser, or other essential accessory. Clamps securely to any MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rail and provides three Picatinny cross-slots. Steel crossbolt and oversized, hex-head slotted thumbscrew enable fast, easy installation and removal, with or without tools.

Not good for Burris eliminator

Not a good choice if you need the tops level. As I tightened this on an Aero upper the side with the nut raised up. Seems to be due to the geometry of the clamp portion that tightens up against the main body. This isn't an issue if you are using scope rings since you can just level the scope. This is not a good option if you're trying to mount a Burris eliminator that mounts via clamp on the bottom, hence the need for it to be level.

Shoots loose

450 bushmaster shook it loose don't want to use tread locker as defeats purpose added a lock washer problem solved. Also Leupold QRW and PRW seats up on the cross block not the ring base. And if your top set is also a bolt down or lever you have to reverse one of the sets do to clearance issues of the lock nut
