Tough, molded nylon magazine coupler binds a backup magazine directly to the mag in the gun for lightning fast tactical reloads without moving your trigger hand. Three, steel bolts let you adjust retention force, so the magazines won’t slip out even during vigorous combat maneuvers. Side-by-side configuration with staggered heights, plus fixed standoff points between the compartments further ensure the magazines won’t shift position or rattle. Includes a Top Round Protector (TRP) to protect the feed lips of the backup mag, prevent accidental dislodgement of the top round, and keep out dirt. TRP instantly detaches by applying downward thumb pressure on the release tab while pushing forward. Rubber retention strap keeps TRP from getting lost.

SPECS: Molded nylon, black, with steel tension adjustment bolts. 2ѕ” (7cm) long, 2-7?16" (6.2cm) wide, 3ј” (8.3cm) high.

The Best Mag Coupler I Have Used

I have used quite a bit of devices that clamp or otherwise hold 2 mags together. This is probably the best one. YES it works and NO it doesn't work on PMAGS. Rock solid hold and very tough! Well worth the price.

Great Product For Military 30 Round Mags

Bought several for on duty and off duty use for my AR15's. Put a thousand rounds through with no issues.

great product. I've tried a lot of different couplers and this is by far my favorite. Quality materials, easy set up, holds mags tight, really like the design of the top cover. The guy who gave it a low score should actually look at the product photo, obvious it's not made for p mags.

Great Product

Works exactly as intended. Holds two mags firmly in place. Offsets them perfectly to not block ejection port. Mags do not move over time and get out of alignment since the coupler is molded to hold them in proper alignment and does not rely on screw pressure alone. The smooth rounded bottom is also a blessing when doing numerous mag changes and smacking the bottom of the mags to ensure a positive seat. Smack the bottom of square sharp metal mags for a few days straight and you'll welcome the smooth bottom of this coupler. I highly recommend these things to everyone I talk to.

Great Coupler but not for DPMS AR .308

I actually ordered this product for a custom AR .308 which uses DPMS style metal magazines which I found this coupler was much too small for, however; I did find it fit my Beretta ARX-160 .22 magazines perfectly so I now use it for that purpose instead. The coupler is a little difficult to adjust because of it's use of long screws which require a screwdriver and some finesse which is not something I want to be doing in the middle of combat. Good thing is though once it's on, it's on and doesn't need adjusting unless your magazine completely fails and you need to swap the magazine out of the coupler.

Nice

Works nicely with my H&K high quality 30 rds mags, only disanvantage is you should check regularly the tightening screws -> comes loose from time to time. Also "auto-fits" the mags in correct height regarding each other -> you don't have to check if the other (right side) mag blocks out the ejecting port of your gun; this is automatically adjusted which is a nice feature.

Great product for the money

Works well, holds mags tightly together, and having a flip off top cover for the auxillary mag is a nice feature.

Not for 20 round magazines

Was purchased for departmental 20 round magazines and will not work reliably for them. Did not try with 30 round magazines, we do not use them.

WILL NOT FIT PMAGS

This will not fit pmags. Brownells really should put this info on the product page in all CAPS!
