Synthetic rubber recoil pad slips over the hard plastic buttplate on an M4-type adjustable carbine stock for secure, non-slip shouldering and as much as 70% reduction in felt recoil. Made from proprietary NAVCOM™ shock-absorbing material that won’t crack, split, or take a “set.” Spreads recoil over a larger area and prevents the stock from digging into your shoulder during long periods in the ready position. Improves weapon control and reduces muzzle jump to aid in fast, accurate follow-up shots. Secure snap-on design for quick installation and removal.

SPECS: NAVCOM synthetic material, black. 5ј" (13.3cm) high, 2" (5.1cm) wide. Fits M4-type adjustable carbine stocks with buttplate up to 5-3?16" (13.2cm) high x 1-7?8" (4.8cm) wide. Adds .750 inch to overall length of M-4 stock.

Best $40 you'll ever spend

Great fit on 6-position stock. Have bought 10+ and have them on AR-10's, AR-15's 7.62x39's and a 458 Socom AR-15. Product does significantly reduce recoil and gives you a fantastic non-slip surface, whether you are hunting in bulky clothes or runnun and gunnin in a 3-gun match. It also helps with muzzle rise for follow up shots. I don't know why you would not have one on every AR-15 you own even if the recoil was acceptable.

Shoulder Releived!

Fits and works perfect! Good looks,stays in place and helps hold tight to the shoulder. Thanks for taking the bite out of my RR .308.

Great product

Its robust, easy to install and stays where you put it. It maybe more expensive, but your shoulder will appreciate it. I have this mounted on my Remington 870, with a Mesa Tactical receiver. The combination of both the Mesa Tactical and the Limbsaver snap-on pad truly make shooting heavy loads fun.

Not for COLT modular carbine

This product does not fit the COLT modular carbine. This is not to reflect on the quality of Limbsaver products. I have their products in use on other weapons and they work great.
