The MOE Carbine Stock – Mil-Spec model (Magpul Original Equipment) is a drop-in replacement buttstock for AR15/M16 carbines using Mil-Spec sized receiver extension tubes. Designed for light, fast action the streamlined A-frame profile avoids snagging and shields the release latch to prevent accidental activation.

The Mil-Spec Model includes a standard 0.30" thick rubber butt-pad which provides positive shoulder purchase to prevent slippage even with body armor or modular gear.

Great product

I've used this particular model for a long time, and when I recently assembled a new rifle, there was no doubt about the stock I wanted. Purchasaed this one, it was shipped quickly. Took only seconds to install it on the rifle, and it works great.

Great Affordable Stock!

I like this stock and have been using it for many years. It is solid and very well made. My only complaints are that the slight gap between the stock and buffer tube pulls my mustache and beard out while firing. It's painful...

Good stock upgrade but no QD

This is a good upgrade to the Mil-Spec buttstock that came with my rifle. Quality material and workmanship, and a good value for the price. Be sure you figure out what sling and attachment system you plan to use before you buy a buttstock. This MOE model is NOT QD compatible. The Magpul CTR stock is similar to the MOE and is QD compatible. Both are very good stocks.

purchased this along with some parts for my PCC...after install and use, I am considering replacing all my stocks with this unit.

Nice Upgrade

This butt stock was a nice upgrade from a basic mil-spec stock.

Nice, basic, adjustable stock

Nice stock with no issues. Condition and construction were top notch - installs in seconds. Some play once installed and no QD attachments. If you need QD buy a stock with them. Can attach sling through slots in stock if you want a low cost solution. No issues after a month or two in service, don't expect any in the future.
