At just 1¾" long, this high-performance muzzle brake adds minimal bulk to the muzzle. Left and right side ports vent gasses evenly to reduce felt recoil and muzzle rise – enabling quicker, more accurate follow-up shots. Underside is solid to eliminate dust printing when shooting from the prone position.

SPECS: 4140 steel, matte black. 1-3/4” (4.4cm) long. 1” (2.5cm) O.D. Crush washer included. 5.56/.223 – 2.8 oz. (79.3g) wt. Fits barrels with 1/2”-28 tpi threads.

I bought this for my M4 because I thought it looked good. After I installed it did some rapid fire. The muzzle went nowhere. A little upset because I boogered up the brake when the wrench slipped, but this thing works really really good. Super loud and a lot of concussion, but a very effective brake.

Works great! But need 7/8" Wrench

Installed on Savage .223 Hog Hunter. Comes with crush washer but no instructions. You will need a barrel vise and a 7/8" crowfoot wrench. The standard 3/4" that is used on almost all 223/5.56 ARs will NOT work. Luckily, our shop has a full set of Snap-On crowfoot wrenches. Once installed, its compact and keeps muzzle rise to a minimum. Can see hits through scope.
