Just right
I wanted something more tactile yet low profile for the enhanced hand rails from Aero. This handstop combined with Magpul's Type 2 rail covers was perfect. My wife has small hands and she prefers the lower profile these offer.

Magpul M-LOK Handstop
I have an AR15 pistol with an eight and one half inch barrel and this hand stop prevents me from holding the weapon too far forward which I tend to do with this barrel length.
Nice Addition to AR Build
Nice addition to a 223 Wylde build. Keeps hand from slipping forward and I believe will help in improved shooting accuracy.
Works great
I have yet to be disappointed by a Magpul product, no change here. Keeps me from shooting my fingers off and promotes a grip on the fore end that gives a natural point of aim, better snap shots. Just like a good grip on a pistol wherever that thumb is pointing the rounds are going. As for the texture it is much better than I had anticipated. Lots of positive traction but then again I have man hands that dont blister too easily.
Perfect for a shotgun
I have this on my Remington 870 with Magpul stealth gray furniture. This is absolutely perfect for use on a shotgun. I doubt there is a better solution at any price point. It looks great and helps aid in manipulation of the shotgun. No worries about short-shucking with this bad boy on the forend. I have medium sized hands and it fits great. If you have large hands you might have to add an extra mlok panel to extend the length of the handstop. This is good stuff here but i prefer other products for use on carbines.

I own three of these now and I love them on all my pistol builds, they pair perfect with the Magpul mlok covers...can't ask for more
Good accessory. Look at instructions
I would not give the poor review much weight. This works better if you don't use the plastic base and you attach everything else directly to your mlok handguard. The instructions list this as an option. It works very well.
