As expected
These were exactly what I wanted them to be and installed easily. Great grip. Look amazing in dark earth and match other Magpul components in the same color. Will put these on next build.

Had to do some fitting, BUT I have a Key Mod Hybird rail upper. I used a very small flat blade screwdriver and they slipped right in. I also trimmed 2 of them to fit for a custom job. Bottom line GET THEM they make a smooth grip, no glove snags or nicked fingers.
The BEST Keymod Rail Panels
I use these for AR-15 handguards that have keymod attachment points and they are the BEST and most reasonably priced of several I've tried. I can confirm the desirable features in Brownell's description. They are simple to install, no need for tools. They are attractive. They are thin, resulting in minimal addition to girth. They provide heat insulation within reason. They stay put, but are easy to remove using the Lego brick separator, without damage to either the rail or the panel (see jpg below, use the handle end, several dollars, Google search for sources). BCM design and execution are first-rate.

There from a great company just wish that they were a bit thicker and coverd more of the rail if purchasing for heat mitigation don't expect much you will still have to ware gloves put them on ak pistol after 2 magazine rail was too hot. I'm sure if they were thicker they would be heavier, so it is what it is.
Works well
Looks good. Provides hand protection from edges on key-mod hand guard. Gives a texture kind of like "soft sand paper". FDE is very close to Magpul FDE. Not exact match, but close enough for me.
