B5 makes the best stocks on the market but I especially love that they make it in RAL8000 now if we could just get them to make em in RAL7008

love the cheek weld

originally just bought to have a matching stock in RAL8000. i had grown quite fond of the BCM gunfighter (still like it a lot and prefer it's storage compartment) but this one surpasses it a little for me. very tight on the tube like the gunfighter. easier to get on/ off the tube, and a very comfortable and superior check weld.

Great Stock

Got this in RAL8000 along with the B5 grip in the same color. Really an excellent stock (and grip!)

Great stock, wrong color.

This review is for both the stock and Brownells customer service. I already have the black version of this stock, and was wanting to go with the grey model for a different look/color scheme. This stock design is comfortable and provides a good cheek weld, although on some buffer tube it can be a little loose. Easy fix, but a little annoying. The grey color was far too light for what I had in mind, which is my fault entirely, it's just hard to know exactly what shade something is until you see it in person. So I contacted Brownells customer service and was able to get return information and a shipping label the same day. The process was easy, and although I have yet to receive my refund, I know that it can take up to two weeks. Good experience all around, although I wish the B5 came in a darker grey.

Great Stock

Great stock. Heavier than a lot of the socks you might find, but I think it balances the rifle. You may not like it for super light weight builds. This is definitely my go to stock. Cheek weld is super nice. The adjustment lever is nice and smooth as well. Battery compartment is kind of hard to get into, but the double gasket seal makes it incredibly water-tight. Great quality.

So comfortable!

I bought two these for around $55 on sale. I have been trying to choose between keeping my MagPul CTR stock or upgrading to a BCM Mod 0 or the B5 Sopmod. When the B5 came I was really surprised by the size of it. It's much bigger than either of the other stocks. After adding it to my rifle and trying it out though it feels amazing MUCH better than the other two and I like the battery compartments too. So long story short I have a MagPul CTR stock and BCM Mod 0 stock for sale!

B5 Enhanced SOPMOD

Excellent cheek weld, plenty of storage, and locks up pretty tight. A lot of people gripe about removing the stock from the buffer tube to access the storage tubes, but it's easy to get to and comes off and goes back on easy so it's not a big deal. QD sling mount attachment as well if you need it. Very nice and sturdy stock to have especially if you need some storage. 6 CR123 batteries will fit in the tubes. Always nice to have those since those batteries burn out quick from lights and such. Would definitely recommend this.

Excellent Stock - Same as LMT

The Enhanced B5 SOPMOD stock is excellent. It fits tight on mil-spec buffer tubes and provides the best cheek weld of any adjustable stock I have used. It is exactly the same stock as LMT provides on many of their rifles. The LMT product is obviously marked with their company logo and this is marked B5 but, other than that and being half the price, I can detect no difference and I own both. LMT makes some of the finest AR rifles in the world, so they would be expected to know and select the best quality stocks available.
