B5 makes the best stocks on the market but I especially love that they make it in RAL8000 now if we could just get them to make em in RAL7008

love the cheek weld
originally just bought to have a matching stock in RAL8000. i had grown quite fond of the BCM gunfighter (still like it a lot and prefer it's storage compartment) but this one surpasses it a little for me. very tight on the tube like the gunfighter. easier to get on/ off the tube, and a very comfortable and superior check weld.

I LOVE THIS STOCK, here's why...
I first became aware of this butt stock when my grandson bought one at a gun show. Well, unknown to us, we didn't realize that the rubber end piece was missing until I looked this up here, at the Brownells web site. I sent an email to B5 corporate and asked if I could somehow buy the rubber piece but I never received an email back, BUT what we did receive was the complete rubber end piece and a very nice letter from B5 stating they stand behind their products. All I can say is "WOW!!!" So let's get into this - I "love" the fact that the Quick Detach sling insert has "locking" positions, so the sling won't roll around and look like a Pretzel while slinging this either over your shoulder or completely around your body. Yes, the battery compartment tubes are a little tight, BUT THEY ARE WATER TIGHT - What?, you expect these to be easily pulled out? - then they wouldn't be water tight, now would they?!? Just use a little SLIP 2000, also sold by Brownells, in case the seals are a little dry, AND I like the fact that the tubes can't fall out with ROUGH handling or if they become loose. Just this fact will GUARANTEE you won't lose any batteries at night. The battery tube compartments give a great cheek match up and the ENTIRE stock is built like a TANK, again, guaranteeing that this product will last longer than one would expect. And yes, this was a little tight on the "receiver extension" (buffer tube's correct name via military standards), but again a little SLIP 2000, and some "back and forth" breaking in work, loosened it and now it fits like a glove and works beautifully. Would I recommend this, "OH HECK, YES", get one, you won't be disappointed!!!
