Im using this buffer tube with an A1 style buttstock. I initially wasnt positive if this buffer tube would work with an A1 buttstock but it does. You just dont need the spacer that goes behind the buffer tube and you need an A1 buttplate screw, which is shorter than an A2 one. Works great. Didnt have any problems with installation. Looks well made.
