Great Deal, Great Product!
These CMMG mags are an improvement over the originals. They fit very well in my AR-15 and did not need any modifications. The polymer is soft enough that the mags can easily be custom fit to AR-15s with tight magwells. At the MSRP the mags are a good deal. With Brownell's price, plus discount, and free shipping, I got an exceptional deal... My local "go to" gun store said that the price I paid was within a few cents of their cost from their supplier, before shipping charges... Buy them!

Ar-15 Conversion Kit Magazine
Hey it works great in my colt sporter II.

Great mag
I picked up 2 of these for the conversion kit. I have probably put around 2500 rounds through the kit using only these two mags. I haven't had a single problem with the mags feeding. In my opinion you can't beat the cost. I'll add that they are durable, I treat them just like my duty mags in training and they haven't skipped a beat.

Nice sub-caliber magazine!
These magazines work as advertised. They are a bit in the heavy side.

Good Mag, so far...
This mag came with my son's CMMG Quebec-A he got for his 16th birthday. Ran hundreds of rounds through it so far, with no malfunctions. However, depending on your lower, it may need to be fit to the magwell by sanding, filing, or shaving two bumps adjacent to the rear spine of the mag. (says so in the CMMG conversion paperwork) It would be nice to have an indication of rounds left on the side (holes, window, etc) It isn't that hard to load either, it just takes time. Overall, not a bad mag. (Yeah, I know, he's spoiled.)

Good magazine for 22 Conversions
These feel solid in the hands. You can file some tabs to make it fit in your magazine well if it is too tight. They drop free in all my AR15's. I had some of the new Evolution Bolt Hold Open Follower conversions and they worked great in these. I just have to file the back of the feed lip at a 45 degree angle as suggested in the included instructions. I didn't give it 5 stars though because the feed lips should be metal, which the newer evolution mags are.

Too troublesome
The beauty of the AR is its modular configuration, which allows to use different components easily. This mags came oversized, they did not fit 3 different rifles of different brands, and yes, they could be sanded and fitted, but why the need to do so when AR lowers are extremely standard??? I would not buy again because of this, buy black dog magazines
