Very durable sight adjuster. MY previous one broke.
Works on even the stiffest ironsites. Keep in mind it does not adjust the windage with integrated sight blocks such as the KP9, or most other modern russian ak designs/ ak pistols.

Hands down the best sight tool for AKM rifles. It's steel, and will break loose stuck front posts easily.
Excellent Tool
This tool is amazing - The front sight post on my Russian AK-103 Rifle would not budge. I tried using penetrating oils and high grade gun oils to loosen the sight up but it would not move at all using the standard front sight adjustment tool that came with the cleaning kit, nor any of the smooth jaw pliers I have. I was considering just replacing the whole front sight block when I came across this tool. The first time I used the tool the front sight post moved up and down with ease. The tool is a godsend, I cannot recommend it enough.

Is it pricey? Yes, but you get what you pay for, and it is made in the USA, not China and obviously good steel. I could have bought the $7.99 "special", but I was always taught to buy quality, even if it costs more, because you only need 1 good one. And frankly, I don't want to wait/look for a replacement when a cheap tool fails and you need it. The only "con" is it is a bit clunky to get centered on the front, but not enough to be a deal breaker, it sits on there solid, and moves the pin with almost no effort, and is more than adequate to do those "fine" adjustments. For the "newbies", you'll quickly learn how valuable this tool will become as no 2 "loads" perform identical, and this will make those "later" tweaks a breeze! And take my word, after you read the reviews of the more "affordable" options, you'll figure it out, this is for sure a "pro grade" product. If you can't move your sight with this, and have to use "force",get the Kroil out, which is among the other things you should have bought from Brownells long ago. I learned a long time ago, that Brownells should be your automatic "go to", as they have a HUGE variety of things you can actually use, and actually work, and knowledgeable techs who can get you in a direction, unlike the "M" people! And they stand behind what they sell.:)
