419 BOLT KNOB Reviews & Ratings

This bolt knob was designed by Area 419 to be the best all-around bolt knob for competition and general use. Its main feature is the finger groove which allows you to manipulate the bolt with just your pointer finger without searching for the ideal position each time.

Made in the USA from 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized flat black.
Defiance and Remington bolt knobs are threaded 5/16″-24.
Remington knobs are 1-5/8″ long to accommodate shorter bolt handles
Bergara bolt knobs are threaded M6x1
Mausingfield bolt knobs are internally threaded 10-32. Will only work on Mausingfield and Nucleus Bolts.

Your finger automatically catches in the groove to assure the fastest, smoothest bolt manipulation. There are two knurled surfaces located on either side of the groove to give a sure grip.

Great cheap upgrade

I run these on all of the firearm platforms that I have. It feels super natural and is a super quality add-on. I bought 2 and put on Ruger American G2.

Great custom look and feel!

I ordered this for my Beragara B-14 Trainer. As one buyer "complained" in his review, it isn't bigger than my Trainer knob, but it is very nice and I love the finger groove. It was easy to install. I like it well enough that I ordered a couple more for my CZ 457's.

Very well designed bolt knob

Like I've come to expect from Area 419, this bolt knob is excellent in quality and design. I installed it on a FN SPR with a tactical bolt knob install and it installed seamlessly. It feels great when running the bolt.

Feels Great

I actually have this installed on an aftermarket Tikka bolt handle. It doesn't seamlessly fit but it pretty close. Feels really nice. The center portion really allows my hand to lock into place when manipulating the bolt and gives me quick and smooth bolt movement.

Not so hot

Well it fits but overall I am not to impressed! I expected it to be at least a little larger than the original but it is not much if any. Overall it is finished all right but it should be for the price. I guess the grove might be useful for those who have a need to shoot quickly I dont so its of little use in my case.
