Nice Trigger
I put this trigger in to replace the original trigger on my Colt Gold Cup Trophy Match .45. I had to use fine sandpaper to cut down the top and lower edges of the aluminum trigger. It wasn't a big deal. I Had it done in 10 mins. The only difference between the original trigger and this trigger is the original was much fatter. The C/S trigger is thinner and you can see spaces between the trigger guard on both sides of the frame. It doesn't appear to be an issue at this time. I'll follow up later on how it feels when I shoot the gun.
Almost Drop In Rock Island FS Tac II 9mm
Perfect fit in my RIA FS Tactical II 9mm. I was lazy and it was cold outside (where any file was located) so I has a previously used (for wet sanding) small sqaure of wet/dry 400 grit, so I used it to take about .01 total between top and bottom just until trigger would fall in and out. Virtually no verticle slop, no horizontal slop. While bar was more polished than stock, I used a little metal polish on sides and back and very lighty oiled. Very nice crisp break with little pre-travel. Highly recommend.
Perfect
Couldnt have asked for a better product. No fitting required, just polished the rear with some 600 and stoned a few edges. smooth as silk! Over travel adjusts easy but stays put!
Incredible product
Great fit on my Springfield GI government model. No fitting required, no play at all.
Required a little fitting, but worth it.
Other than having to remove .050 thousandths of an inch from the top to bottom measurement to make it fit in my mil-spec SA 1911 A1, the trigger looks great and performs flawlessly!
Good feel
This trigger dropped right in to my Springfield G.I. without any fitting. It still has a lot less movement than what the factory trigger did but it could have been a little larger so I could have fit it to my frame. The serrations do give a good positive feel on the finger.
Excellent quality and function
This is an excellent trigger that functions and looks great. Installation required only minor fitting. I could'nt be happier with the results. I installed this trigger on a Colt Delta Elite 10mm and this was a great improvement over the factory trigger. Based on my experience, I would'nt hesitate to buy any Cylinder & Slide product.
The PERFECT TRIGGER FOR YOUR 1911
The Trigger is very easy to fit to your 1911 frame. Make sure you take your time for a proper fit. By making sure the top and bottom of the shoe is fitted to your frame you insure that your will have a clean crisp trigger pull. Any Trigger that is make it into the Specs for the USMC M45 Combat Pistol is a Great Trigger and the CS181 was choosen by the Armorers that Build the USMC MEU SOC Pistol.
Required fitting but it's good
This trigger required about one hour work for fitting in my Norinco but works well and looks great.
