Great product
I had never used this before and it's better than expected, easy application
cold blue
Best cold blue out there, I've tried a lot of different ones, but this always give the best coverage and color in the shortest time. As long as the metal is clean and degreased.
Cool blue
Seemed to work fine one the barrel.
Great product
Use this frequently for fasteners as well. And when using the arrestor, the finish is always what I want.

UnBeatable
This is the best gun blue I've ever used. It does a super job and a little goes a long way. Oxpho -Blue beats all the other gun blues on the market.
Works Great
I've been using it to give a worn blue/well used old gun look to flintlock barrels, steel buttplates and other parts for my gun builds. I usually use 1 coat and buff with 0000 steel wool. I love the look.
Good Stuff
I just bought this and used it to re-finish some small parts. This is the best cold bluing formula I have used thus far and it’s easy to use. Better than 44/40 or Birchwood Casey. No after rust and none of the blackened coating rubbed off. Better than 44/40, which would turn steel dark black very quickly, but the black color would rub off easily if the liquid sat on the metal too long. Just follow the instructions on the bottle and do forget to rinse with water.
As Advertised
This cold blue works great, while there is some skill involved it is easy to learn and little goes a long way. I have an old oddball .32 SW Long revolver that had previously been cold-blued poorly in a few spots prior to my acquisition of the piece. This stuff gives an awesome finish quality that if done right looks factory to the untrained eye. Plan on redoing the entire gun with this cold blue to get rid of the old mistakes.
It works
The best cold bluing I have found...
