Best Priming Tool
I've been using the Sinclair Priming Tool when they first came out. A gentleman gun store owner showed it to me and I insisted he sell it to me. He didn't want to but finally broke down and did. This is one tool that I really cherish because of the quality and primer seating feel that it has. Customer support is bar none, as I lost a small primer housing and punch and they made a replacement happen. I was ready to buy another tool if necessary!
Best I've Ever Used
I shoot F(tr) competitions using a 308 Win. cartridge and have meticulously reloaded for about 10 years now. I have tried every priming tool on the market including the K&M with dial indicator and this is by far the best tool I've ever used. I have a primer tray that I shake to get the primers in the right direction and then I just pick them off and put them in the tool. By using the included shims I get perfect seating every time. It is a one-at-a-time process but I've never had a problem when I've used this tool.
Best Priming Tool Ever
I have used this product for six months and bought a second one so that I can quickly prime either 9mm or 45 ACP. I just love the positive feel and control this tool provides. Buy one better yet buy two you will not regret your purchase solid quality construction and made in the USA.
Fantastic
I have been a reloader for 30 years and have tried all kinds of priming tools. I had great reviews about this tool so I broke down and bought it. I used it today for the first time priming a batch of .22-250 cases and Wow!, this tool gives be the best feeling and control I have ever had when priming a case. Very comfortable to use and you know just when the primer is set properly.
Absolute must for best accuracy
I have been reloading for over 30 years. And I am always looking for the best accuracy and how to get there. Since buying this priming tool I am convinced that getting the primer in with "feel" is the only way to get the consistency required for great accuracy. This unit has never let me down. I have always used it for my .308 Lapua brass and constantly shoot sub-MOA groups, even out to 500 yards. Thanks for a truly great product
Revised from earlier review
After having a fir over my lack of correct wrenches (none supplied), I have had many occasions to use this priming tool. It is outstanding in every regard and I DO highly recommend it!
Greatest priming tool ever
This is an outstanding product. Seating primers with a hand tool is the best way to go, and this is the best hand priming tool out there. Great feel when you are seating the primer. Every primer gets seated to the perfect depth. I am an avid reloader and I have tried many priming tools, and there is none better than this one.
worth every penny
Buy this tool and never look back! An absolute joy to use.
Perfect Tool for All Applications
For those of you that think that the use of hand tools are too far-removed from the relative speed and efficiency of press or progressive reloading -- think again. This tool is ad advertised and provides the best control, feel and repeatability of any priming tool I've ever used. The seating depth is tweaked by very precise shims within the tool. It took me only about 10 mins of trial and error type adjustments to get the exact seating depth I wanted. I then primed 100 cases in just a little more time than it takes when using a ram prime tool. Great thing is that it leaves absolutely no tool marks on your case heads and seats the primer perfectly square to the case. Feels like pushing toothpaste through a tube -- with control and precision. My hands quickly adapted to a process that became very quick by the end of these first 100 cases. Very well worth the money, even for those folks, like myself, who load allot of cases for Highpower competition. You will love it!
Solved reloading problems for T/C Encore
Used two other brands of primer tools and thought I had headspace problems. A friend told me about the Sinclair tool, bought one and have not had one misfire since. Absolutely seats primers to bottom of primer pocket
