This holster rocks!
Holds 1911 (rail and non-rail) guns securely, and greatly speeds up draw and re-holstering. No fumbliing around with snaps or hoods, and it's easy to learn and adapt to this system! Excellent quality, and very rugged! A must have for anyone who carry's their weapon daily!

Good holster
I use this holster every day on duty for my Glock 21. It is secure, lightweight, and very fast to draw from

Best Holster in the World
This is the easiest holster ever made to use. It also does the best job of firearm retention due to it's trigger finger locking device. If BLACKHAWK does not make a holster to fit a pistol I will not purchase the weapon!

Not for a Sig 1911
Serpa's are amazing holsters, however, my Sig Scorpion 1911 Commander will not fit. The package claims that it will work for a firearm with or without rails.

good holster
Product is OK for carry, but the trigger release needs to be tighter.

Simple & Quick Security
I wear this holster both on duty & for IDPA matches & off duty. It works with a lot of clothing combinations & is quick to get to. The SERPA works well but the belt loop adjusters will slip.

Excellent Value Holster
This holster is a good value from Brownell's. Brownell's only offers the Matte finish which is what I wanted. This is also the correct holster for the Glock 30 although it is not listed as such. The wide Glock's ( Model 30(.45) and 10mm) use the same thick frame and this is the correct holster although it a little long for the Glock 30. The locking device works perfectly with the model 30. The holster comes with the belt set up installed and a pancake setup included as a no cost option.

Nice but not great
The holster is a great value considering the amount of adjustment and attachment methods the holster comes with. However the firearm does not hug the body as well as the Fobus does. The paddle attachment is way too large. I'm on the thin side (32" waist) and the paddle edges were protruding past my pants. I'll stick with Fobus or my older Blade-Tech when it comes to tupperware holsters. Brownell's return process was a breeze.

Poor Hardware
I was advised to buy something else but I had never tried Bh! products. One of the attachment screws [of 3] would not go in, the retention nut is mis-threaded and started to cross thread the screw. That nut ruined the screw. So much for 'American Made'.

Broke on day one
I use this holster at the gun range. Certain areas outlaw unholstered or uncased weapons. It's a great idea. Press trigger finger on paddle, and the pistol is released with your finger at the just right place for safe presentation. Not so much; pin fell out of retaining paddle. Retaining spring went down range. Got the pin and the paddle back, but I'm not going downrange to look for the spring. High price for a unsecured holster.
