The no-drip formula gives you full control to apply this cold blue exactly where you need it. Wipe it on, and it absolutely won't run off or evaporate away. So, whether you're rubbing it in with steel wool, coarse paper towels or using the "shoe shine" cloth method, you'll have plenty of work time to get the color of the finish just right. You get the same, famously durable, Oxpho finish with less work and waste. Great stuff!
I was intimidated to try this, as I've never blued anything before. However, it was super easy and effective. I used cue tips for application and cleaning a small area. No issues. My only gripe would be that I wish there was a tab to more easily remove the seal. That's all!

Did The Intended Job Quickly!
I have a Colt revolver that the previous owner had let get some rust on part of the cylinder. He made the problem worse by taking it off with steel wool. It looked like measles had attacked that small area. I started by cleaning the area off very thoroughly with acetone and let dry. I then applied the Oxpho Blue Creme with a folded patch held by a pair of hemostats so I could control the amount and area to be blued better. It worked beautifully! I have since buffed the area a bit with a cloth and will do one more application and that Colt will look much, much better. First time using it. I am now going to try it on a rusted frame of a shotgun. Good stuff-try it!
