Better than expected

I was expecting matching shim thicknesses that I'd stack to fill a gap on an AR suppressor mount. Instead, this kit has different sized shims so I could find the right size in a single shim. I rarely need shims, but this kit made a big difference.

Works very well.

I used the shims on a Sig Tread to in stall a muzzle break. I was able to put together a couple of shims to get the results I wanted. They work perfectly.

Fast and Effective

I have dialed in muzzle breaks before on the lathe. Not the hardest thing, but one slip and you have to go another full rotation. These are great. In less time than it takes to drink a cup of coffee you can get perfect timing. Its easy to add or subtract thickness just by changing out what shims you are using. You are told the amount of rotation each shim accounts for, so you can eyeball it and go from there. Or you can break out the formulas to figure it out exactly from the start. The only improvement I have for these is packaging. Put them in resealable bags instead of these you have to tear or cut into. It would make storage much easier.

Simple but effective

Simply useful. Allowed me to properly time and torque a flash suppressor on a new barrel. Can be used singly or in combinations as there is a variety of thicknesses included in the kit.

Nothing wrong with the order, just can't split up the shims. Using a knife to get them apart but didn't work on all of them.
