Precision-turned, heat-treated screws provide extra reach when bedding Remington rifle actions in synthetic or wooden stocks with thicker, cross-sectional depth. Approximately .250' longer than the factory screws for greater flexibility in bedding depth. Action screw kits are available with the standard slotted head to match the factory screws or with Allen head sockets that allow repeatable torque settings on match or target rifles.

These screws are what I was looking for to complete my build. I like how they are longer than the factory screws so I can trim them to my needed length

Good Product / Great Price

Great to have extras around when going restock work.

Allen head screws

For what I wanted it was the right product for what I wanted. The screws were longer than stock ones and I cut them to the proper length for my rifle stock to fully screw into the action. Torqued to 40 inch lbs and my rifle shoots great.

BDL Long Triggerguard Screws

Just what I needed to finish installing my Houge OM Stock. You will have to cut to size. Then file for final fit. Bevel the edge of the threads.

Great replacement screws

Just restocked my Remington 300 Mag in a McMillan stock but discovered I needed longer then the stock action screws I had, so I bought these. I glass bedded after cutting them down to fit my stock/action. They work great and you can really torque the Allen head screws down locking the rifle together. Next weekend I get to sight in my rifle but have no doubts its rock solid

Great product, always order two sets.

These screws fit great after I modified them to fit my custom setup. Its worth buying two sets, if you only need one set its good having a spare. These arent a screw your likely to find at your local hardware store.

Check length needed before ordering

Nothing wrong with the screws and were the correct type but were way too long for my build of a installing a MAGPUL Hunter 700L stock with MAGPUL Trigger Guard & Box Magazine conversion kit on my Remington 700. Most likely I ordered the wrong set. Check length needed before ordering.

Rem parts are scarce

The small screw for the Rem mod 7 stripped out. Factory rem parts right now are like hens teeth. This was a good fix to a simple problem. They state in the description that "they are long" so needing to fit was wasn't an issue. Until factory parts come back if they even do I'm glad Brownells has this option.
