LASER BORESIGHTER Reviews & Ratings

Saves range time and ammo; highly accurate laser system lets you zero your scope to point-of-aim at 100 yards, before you go to the range. Quick and easy to use, just place the special laser target 25 feet away and aim the laser at it, then adjust the scope till the crosshairs align with the target.

Works equally well with red dot scopes and iron sights. Laser is mounted to a cone shaped, aluminum spud. An O-ring and a powerful magnet hold the spud centered in the bore. No special adapters to buy and no metal contacts the rifling.

A system of adapters and O-rings lets one unit fit all firearms from .22 to .50 caliber, plus 12 and 20 gauge shotguns. Also includes the SRL-100 adapter that slips over the Boresighter's lens to convert it into a highly accurate Scope Reticle Leveler by refocusing the laser to a horizontal beam for precise crosshair alignment.

SL-100 Standard Model for use indoors, where you have control over ambient lighting.
SL-150 Ultra-Mag has an ultra-bright Red 635mm laser for better visibility in bright, ambient light conditions.
SL-500 Ultra-Mag uses a super-bright green laser for maximum visibility of the sighting dot in daylight and very bright ambient light.

SL-100 - 6-1?8” (15.6cm) OAL without adapter, 4-1?8” (10.5cm) long spud. Uses (2) #357/ LR-44 batteries, included.

SL-150 – 6-5?8” (16.8cm) OAL, 4ј” (10.8cm) long spud. Uses (1) CR2 lithium battery, included.

SL-500 – 7Ѕ” (19.1cm) OAL, 4ј” long spud. Projects a green sighting dot. Uses (1) CR123 lithium battery, included.

Works great... precision tool

This is all you need. I wouldn't spend more on the brighter versions. If you are looking through a quality optic you can easily see this laser even in bright conditions. I bore sighted my deer rifle during the day with no issue. If you can't see it well for some reason just use it at dusk. This is a very high-quality precision tool. I also have a cheaper, plastic bore sight and there is no comparison. Before you buy a brighter laser buy a chamber (shell casing type) laser to supplement this tool. That way you can double check everything and be guaranteed to be within 1' of center at 100 yards. Thumbs up on this laser-- works great. If you plan to sight-in night vision scopes you will also appreciate this laser. I leave the pin-hole cover on the scope and sight in my NV right at sunset. Works great.

Best on the market

I have used this laser bore sighter for the last 2 years plus in a full time gunsmith shop and it gets plenty of use everyday. No problems. Excellent company to deal with for extra thread on adapters. I just purchased their SL-500 and it is a homerun. I would not recommend this laser to my competitors! :-) RH

Excellent accessory!

I sprung the extra money for this kit over the regular SL-100 or SL-150. I like the green light that can be seen at any time of day easily 100+ yards away. The software is great. I' printed off all the different ammo/rifle/calibers/zeros I use and put them in a binder. On all my rifles I was within a few inches at any range. Several, including a shotgun slug was dead on. I don't maticulously boresight either. Excellent product, definitely worth the investment.

I’m not a fan of laser bore sights. However this product is well made and kind of did the job.

Works pretty well

I have been using Site-Lite products for close to 2 decades and find them to be reasonably accurate, it will put you on paper. The green laser SL-500 reaches greater distance and is easier to see. When I use it at 50-100 yds I set the reticle with the unit battery pod at 6 o'clock of the muzzle and then check it with the battery pod rotated to 12 o'clock then split the difference. Any of the units I have ever received, and I have owned all 3, were not factory calibrated at exact dead center.
