For heavy jacket fouling in the bore there is nothing better than this stuff. I compared it to several other products and everybody else is competing for second place.

This stuff is the best I've ever used.

I use it to clean mostly Milsurp barrels in very good to excellent condition, (by borescope) and it just strips the copper right off - I let it sit over night if necessary but usually don't need to. Also it works great on the carbon fouling even though it makes no claims to do so. I've tried about every other copper cleaner on the market and this works as well as the nasty ones without the anxiety. I know it works because i use a borescope to tell me when I am done with cleaning. Watch it on the stock, though. I use a bore guide and a vinyl stock cover to protect against streaks or spatters. It says to use a nylon brush but I get faster results with a bronze brush. KWP
