This is very good grease. I use a thin coat on my bolt action lugs. I also use a little bit on action threads when installing a rifle barrel.

Excellent Synthetic Grease

- I bought this as an experiment and Im converted (mostly). I use it only in actions, and Im still pretty choice about which guns i use it on - guess im still stuck on oil a little out of habit. - I take a small amount and apply it thinly on surfaces that rub against one another and work it in with my finger until im sure there is no excess. The two surfaces (particularly larger flat surfaces) will sort of stick together, but slide past each other effortlessly. - Guns cycle noticeably smoother and the grease stays where you put it, unlike oil which seems to disappear. I don't notice it attracting any extra carbon or crud like I was afraid of. It will take a very very long time to use this whole jar.

Like Calgon for gunsmiths/armorers

This stuff works GREAT!!! One those little secrets used by gunsmiths/armorers. Apply to just about anything that slides, turns, twist, pivot or cants & its good to go. A little goes a long way for a long time.

Super Lube!

A dab of Action Lube on moving parts causes smooth, slick operation. Trigger job in a can.

I use this moly-grease on my Yugo SKS. Compared to the gun oil I was using previously, I have noticeably smoother operation of action and trigger. I apply sparingly with que-tip and work into sliding surfaces. Can't imagine ever using the whole jar - at least not for a long time. Also Brownell's maintenance videos are extremely helpful!

great product

i shoot competitive handgun. a little dab on the sear once in a while drops trigger pull approx 20 percent. great on actions and hard to get at friction points.

Best Stuff For Ya

At a sponsored shooting event I noticed set the competitors firearms Lube looks like axle Grease. So I asked one and they told me about this product and how well it works for their High volume shooting. Since I started using it it is replaced all my traditional lubes. It ain't going to hurt you to try it because you will stick with it.

Works in all temperatures, I live in the Arctic and have used it from -40 to +30c with no issues. Best grease for my RFB and M1A

Excellent Product!!!

I have used Slip2000 and other lubes in the past, but tried this for a change on not only my duty pistol, but on my AR and a Beretta 92. All have significant smoother actions and triggers. This is great lube.

Action Lube Plus +10 years

Performs as described. I bought this product ten years ago and use in on all my shotguns, rifles, and handguns. Can be difficult to apply but I use a very small paint brush to get into hard to reach areas. I cannot say enough good about this product. Also, it will really last a lifetime if you apply it thin. I even use it on my fishing reels.
