A Side-Folding Brace Designed for M1913 Receivers
SB Tactical started a movement within the AR-style pistol market with the development of its innovative pistol-stabilizing brace. Originally designed to aid wounded veterans in shooting their short, AR-style guns, the braces have enabled AR-style pistol owners across the country to enhance the control and usability of their short firearms without altering their non-NFA classification. One of the latest enhancements from SB Tactical comes in the form of the company's TF1913 Folding Triangular Pistol Stabilizing Brace.
Unlike many of the company's other braces, which are designed to work with existing AR-style buffer-tube extensions, this SB Tactical TF1913 Folding Triangular Pistol Stabilizing Brace is built for guns that are equipped with M1913 Picatinny rails on their receiver ends. This includes guns like the BRN-180, SIG Sauer MCX, Rock River Arms LAR-PDS and more.
Each SB Tactical TF1913 Pistol Brace features a pull-through design that can be deployed quickly and easily. The brace ships as a complete assembly that installs easily. The brace is built from a durable polymer substrate complete with a flexible arm cuff, and the entire unit hinges on a steel hinge design that locks the brace in both its folded and unfolded positions. Each brace weighs 10.9 ounces and measures 9.5 inches long when extended.
