LMT DEFENSE ION LT 7.62 CAL TITANIUM RIFLE SUPPRESSOR KIT
The LMT Defense ION LT 7.62 Cal Titanium Rifle Suppressor Kit is a lightweight, mission-ready suppressor engineered to deliver premium sound suppression, durability, and reliability across a wide range of rifle platforms. Featuring a hybrid construction with an Inconel blast chamber, titanium alloy weldment, and strategically placed steel inserts within the baffle stack, the ION LT minimizes sparking commonly associated with titanium suppressors while maintaining exceptional strength and weight savings. Its patented reduced-backpressure design utilizes alternating baffle geometries and multiple gas flow paths to reduce shooter gas exposure, improve cycling consistency, lower cyclic rate changes, and enhance reliability on both semi-automatic and full-automatic firearms. The integrated taper lock gas seal further reduces blowback, flash, and sound signature while helping prevent carbon lock for easier installation and removal.
Built for demanding professional use, the ION LT is currently fielded by military end users and offers industry-leading durability with a service life exceeding 30,000 rounds under varied firing schedules. Its obstruction-free blast chamber, configurable base and end-cap system, and precision-aligned welded baffle architecture provide users with the ability to prioritize suppression, reliability, or gas management without sacrificing accuracy or repeatability. Compatible with HUB and Xeno mounting systems, rated for calibers from .17 through .300 Win Mag, and free from barrel length restrictions, the suppressor is equally at home on precision rifles, carbines, short-barreled rifles, and belt-fed platforms. Proudly made in the USA, the ION LT combines advanced engineering, extensive military-standard testing, and best-in-class construction to deliver outstanding flash reduction, minimal point-of-impact shift, superior accuracy retention, and dependable performance straight out of the box.
