Fun gun!
Good home defense weapon and just fun to shoot. Fed it 5 different types of ammunition with zero issues. Hornady Critical defense, Federal 000, Remington buck and ball, Rubber buck and some federal #4 shot. (2 1/2 and 3 in shells) the 3in shells can be finicky if you short stroke it but just the learning curve of the weapon system. Only issues are just lack of aftermarket components (stabilizers for the 590 will not fit without modification, standard 590 furniture is larger) (not sure if the pump/foregrip can be changed out yet)

What a fun gun to shoot. Perfect truck gun and great for home too. I waited for the .410 shockwave to come out and am glad I did. Its smooth firing, easy to handle with one or two hands, very accurate for point and shoot and aiming with the front bead. The machining on it is slightly less quality than expected from Mossberg, a few rough edges on the dual action slides but nothing that detracts from the operation. The extractors are very tight which causes some serious jamming when Hornady Critical Duty ammo was used, I had to take apart the gun completely 4 times at range to clear it. This only occured with Hornady ammo, Winchester ammo worked flawlessly. This gun will bring a smile to your face when you hold and will give you an ear to ear grin when you shoot it. Smooth and easy shooting, easy to carry, about the same kick as a .45 1911. Getcha Some!!! Cant wait for more accessories to dress it up with.
