BRAVO COMPANY - RECCE-16MCMR 5.56 16" 30+1

This was my first rifle purchase. All my research had led me towards going with the BCM Recce series as the best bang for the buck in that price range. Very happy with my purchase. Only a couple reasons for the 1 star deduction: - the charging handle is not ambi, it is only a right handed (left side) charging handle - the gunfighter grip is open at the bottom and does not come with a cap to store things within it, as shown in pictures Not really big deal breakers at all, just important to note. BCM sells ambi charging handles for about $100 so I may snag one of those in the future. Really pleased with the gun overall. 5 star gun, 4 star presentation of the gun you're actually getting by Brownells. I put the Primary Arms Special Purchase 1-6x scope on it and intital groupings were very tight. Excited to get back out on the range with it!

I really love the BCM Recce 16 I purchased from Brownells. The price point was outstanding — honestly the lowest I could find anywhere after doing a lot of searching. For the money, it’s hard to beat. The fit and finish on the rifle are excellent. Everything feels solid, well-built, and exactly what you’d expect from BCM. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because the gunfighter grip does not have the hinged compartment in the pictures and the charging handle is different.
