J P ENTERPRISES - Service Rifle Spring Kit

For an $11 part set, you won't find a much cheaper or simpler way to amp up your carbine's performance. Strong enough for reliable function but light enough for quick, easy, and low-fatigue shooting, these springs pair great with some of the lower-cost aftermarket trigger sets (like those from ALG) for an easy and affordable and yet immensely helpful upgrade to an off-the-shelf AR.

This was the perfect set of springs for duty use in my patrol rifle. I am using the JP adjustable trigger and speed hammmer and the combination is flawless. Great trigger feel with really short reset.

I was extremely disappointed with this spring kit. I used the reduced power kit (3.5 pounds) on this rifle before and got a consistent 3.75 pound pull. I decided to make this same rifle into a legal service rifle for CMP high power. Installed this kit thinking I couldn't be much more than 5 pounds on the most....the trigger is consistently pulling at 7.5 pounds which is higher than must mil spec triggers.
