The Solus Competition Chassis was designed to create the most precise and repeatable rifle to body connection. Modularity is another critical component of the Solus chassis a high focus on general ergonomics and adjustability ensures chassis fitment goes smoothly. Integrating industry-standard attachments like M-LOK and Arca Swiss allows a true custom experience no matter the intended use.


Chassis Center Section Features:

  • Remington 700 short action footprint
  • V-Block bedding surfaces to ensure consistent lockup among different manufacture actions.
  • Compatibility with AICS and AIAIW detachable box magazines
  • Ambidextrous magazine catch
  • Adjustable magazine catch (to accommodate for variances in magazine tolerances)
  • Adjustable thumb rest
  • Compatible with tangless AR15 pistol grips.
  • Machined from custom 7075-T6 aluminum forgings



Forend Features:

  • Arca and M-LOK compatible forend with M-LOK slots at the 3,6 and 9 o'clock positions
  • 6 QD sling sockets
  • Compatible with Aero Precision's optional night vision bridge and bipod spigot
  • Can accommodate up to 1.25" barrel diameters

Built Very Well!
The Jury is still out on how my build is going to shoot but I have high hopes. .308 on Aero Precision Solus action and Chassis. This is a F T/R rifle. I did order the NVG Bridge as I think that’ll stiffen up the fore end some and can’t hurt either way. The chassis is very well built and completely adjustable at the cheek and butt. A concern was the bolt removal. I raised the cheek rest up and had plenty of room to remove the bolt. I like it so far.

Best competition chassis for it's price point
The Solus chassis is the best chassis at it's price point hands down. Fully adjustable toolless stock, adjustable magwell, adjustable thumb rest, integrated arca rail, m-lok, + sling qd, ability to put a nv bridge on it, spigot available, and integrated internal weights are now getting made for it. Also shortly Aero will do a folding adapter if that matters for you. Been running it at PRS matches this season (getting a few top 10 and top 5 places) and people with 10k setups are really impressed with how solid of a product it is.

Buyer beware.
The cheek riser cannot be removed to clean the barrel. Impossible to use a guide. Aero really needs to offer a folding option to make this possible. Until then, avoid this stock it’s not ready for us.

Poor design
The cheek riser cannot be removed. You cannot get a bore guide into the chamber to clean the barrel. It doesn’t matter if you spin it on or buy a SOLUS complete rifle. It’s really a poor design. No matter what you do, you can’t raise or lower the riser to clean your barrel. This is a total fail from AERO.
