If you're using the original, replace with this
This *Seems* to have helped solve my OOBD issue with Aero EPC build IN CONJUNCTION WITH a non-Aero BCG that has a bottom feed lug (now we’ve progressed to FTE). The picture and data shown is outdated when I wrote this, and shows/describes the old solid style buffer/kit. The new style tube is faceted and has dead blow weights in it (I assume to prevent bolt bounce) instead of the original solid buffer, and a pic of the new style should be attached to this review. This buffer uses a regular carbine buffer spring instead of the 308 buffer spring specified with the original style (you can verify that from Aero's page if you'd like). For those that want to do the math, an old kitchen scale suggests this one weighs 8 oz with a slight coating of dirty oil from this morning's first use (I give that scale +/- 0.1). The riskier original style that I haven't thrown out yet weighs in at 7.7 oz (+/- 0.1).
