it is a spring
Customer lost his, i got this and put his rifle back together. it goes bang bang now. works great.
just what the sks needed
just installing this spring kit the trigger pull went from 13 pounds to 8 pounds with some work on trigger sear i have a nice trigger at 5 pounds made the sks a nice shooter for what it is
Great kit
With sear modification and this spring kit I was able to get my customers gun down to a 4.75 Lb. trigger pull. I am very pleased with this product, as is the customer.
Great addition to a trigger job
Along with a good trigger job, these springs take your SKS from a very long trigger and possibly dangerous pull to a good 5#-7# trigger with a positive engagement angle. This sear requires stoning to get a positive angle instead of the factory negative angle with a lot of creap. My customers gun went from 11# to 7.25# with just the spring replacement.
