What is the CHRISTENSEN ARMS - RIDGELINE 6.5 CREEDMOOR BARRELED ACTION FOR REMINGTON® 700 SA?
The heart of the famous Christensen Ridgeline is now available as a foundation for your build. Compatible with a short action Rem 700 footprint stocks, you can make your Christensen Ridgeline carbon fiber barreled Action in any configuration you choose. Please note that while most Rem 700 footprint stocks and actions are drop-in compatible, stocks may require slight modification and fitting in certain areas. This barreled Action features a 416T stainless steel action, chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, with a stainless steel carbon fiber wrapped barrel with a 1:8 twist.

Have had this for 3 months. 100 yards it will group about 3/4" with hornady eldm factory loads. Excellent option for building a rifle. Action is smooth.

Just put this on an Outlier chassis with leupold scope and rise armament trigger. Took it to the range and sighted it in. I was touching bullet holes at 100 yards. Absolutely love it.

FULL STORY
Scope base holes are tapped, trigger pins included. Scope base needed to be bedded, 0.044" floating in the front with the back two secured. No big deal. Inspected the bore, looks good. Polished the cocking raceway and greased the bolt, smoothed right up with about 200 cycles (sitting in recliner). Action screws not included. Checked headspace with go/no-go gauges. Everything looks fine. Installed into HS precision M24 stock. Weighs 6.4 lbs mounted. 4.85 barreled action without trigger and base. All and all, hopeful its a shooter. (DEC 24')
