What is the AERO PRECISION - M4E1 5.56MMX45 ASSEMBLED UPPER RECEIVERS FOR AR-15/M4?

The M4E1 Upper Receiver features a new angular machined design that helps it stand apart from standard mil-spec upper receivers. This upper receiver features the same enhanced body profile as Aero's M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receiver but is threaded to accept a standard AR15 barrel nut. It is forged from 7075-T6 Aluminum, precision machined to work with all mil-spec AR15 parts and includes the port door and forward assist pre-installed.

  • The M4E1 Threaded Upper Receiver is designed to pair perfectly with Aero's new M4E1 Lower Receiver giving you a billet looking receiver set at a fraction of the billet price.
  • The enhanced forging that gives the upper receiver a ""billet look""

  • M4 Feedramps
  • .250 takedown pin holes

Available with a standard "M16 Cut" commonly found on M4 upper receivers or an "AR-15 Semi Cut".

Aero Precision E4 are the best for the money
Aero Precision E4 are consistently great quality. Though the QC is remarkable, I still lap the face of the receiver to meet the barrel extension. I highly recommend this upper and I will buy again

No t-marks
It looks good mostly. Finish is ok it matches well with Magpul FDE. The box it came in says it has laser engraved t-marks but that is not the case. Other wise looks good. Will see how well it matches up with my MI handguards.

Flat Dark Earth feature is disrupted by the BLACK Dust Cover & Forward Assist button plus the pin on the forward assist is a blind pin and can't be changed for a different part or removed to be painted! cheap oversight that shouldn't happen with a quality part!
