Pivot and takedown pins with easy-to-grasp, oversized heads make separating upper and lower receiver halves fast and easy. Simply grasp the large, button-style head and disengage the pin—no fumbling for a punch and scratching the receiver. Pin shafts are designed to lock as securely as factory pins. Perfect for the shooter who mounts different top ends for different applications on a single lower receiver. Precision machined, heat-hardened steel with long-wearing mil-spec Parkerized finish. SPECS: Steel, matte black finish. Set of 1 front pivot pin, 1 rear takedown pin. Fits receivers with .250' (6.3mm) diameter pivot and takedown pins.

YHM pins

These are high quality pins and I have them installed on all of my AR-15 systems.

Easy tear down

I have a similar set of mushroom pins on my Ar and a co--worker saw these on my platform and fervently asked wear I got those. Couldn't remember but I knew that Brownells had them. So as a surprise to him, I bought him a set and he absolutely loves them. Easy tear down and re-assemble and no tools needed. Best pins ever made.

EZ Pull Takedown pins work as advertised

Installed Pivot pins first. Easy to work without using a "Push" tool first. Just nudge pin with finger, and then use EZ Pull.
