BRAVO COMPANY - AR-15 BCMGUNFIGHTER PKMR HANDGUARD KEYMOD

I used this handguard on a pistol build I completed. It was easy to install, adds versatility compared to round handguard, looks pretty dang sharp, and is nicer than other plastic Keymod handguards. Id use them again without hesitation.

I installed these on my do it all colt 6920. I first had the original m4 Handguards and the older Magpul moe (pre m-lok version). Both of these Handguards were perfectly fine however I wanted something a little slimmer. I looked at both the b5 and these pkmrs and decided to go with these. I am perfectly happy with them and like the slimmer size and feel. And, bcm makes good stuff so I felt pretty confident they would hold up. My two minor quibbles - 1. They have a tiny touch of wiggle. The Oem m4 and Magpul Handguards that I had installed had no wiggle (which is actually pretty rare for plastic drop in Handguards). 2. They have a gimmicky top (12 oclock position) that is a bit sharp, almost made to look like a flat top rail. In my opinion it serves no functional purpose other than to make them less comfortable. Not a huge problem but I wish they were smoother/rounded. These are Keymod and I have nothing attached to them. I do not use a vfg and I have a streamlight tlr-1 attached to a crosstac bayo lug mount. I also use the GI style side sling swivel that is attached to the barrel at the front sight tower. These Handguards do not get in the way of my sling mount or light mount. These Handguards are not perfect (for me) but I am overall satisfied and will keep them on. Again, its a handguard, they are inexpensive so I swap them out once in a while just to change. I was perfectly happy with the Oem m4s and Magpul as well.
