TANGODOWN - BG-17 Rifle Grip Polymer Black

Ive modified and built at least twenty five AR15s and SCAR series rifles over the past decade. This Tango Down grip is hands down the best for medium - large hands. The palm swell is wide at the base and gives great control over smaller Magpul and BCM grips which are commonly on the market. COMPATIBLE: FN SCAR 17/16, Sig MCX Series, LMT Enhanced Trigger Guard on MARS OEM lowers, LMT MWS Series, and most billet standard AR15 lowers with standard trigger guards. NOTE: This grip WILL NOT fit Larue Tactical billet lowers. The trigger guard prevents fitment without modification. IF you replace a Daniel Defense AR grip remember to buy a standard AR15 trigger guard or LMT Enhanced Trigger guard when replacing this grip as the DD grip also has a molded trigger guard that is part of the product design.

Install is caveman easyeven comes with pre-Loctited Allen head machine screw, and a quality hex wrenchfirst class all the way with Tangodownonly wish it also came in foliage green and olive drab. About color: they're solid not painted, and Tangodown's dark earth complements similar Magpul furniture okay. Fits all our forged and billet receivers (with or without removable finger guard), without needing modification. I do like to spend a minute rubbing all edges with Scotchbrite, but it's not critical. Rock solid, no gaps, no pinch gloved or bare, secure internal storage, seems watertight, might even be bullet proof? I have all brands of grips, now stacked like cordwood in my spares boxthe BG17 is the grip of choice.

I picked this to replace the standard A2 grip- it was a full on drop in for the Scar 17s. no mods needed. I would have given it 5 stars if it had texture on the back - but otherwise it is a nice solid feel- fills out my hand.
