What is the J P ENTERPRISES - AR15 223 Bolt Completion Group?

Complete bolt assembly is precision machined from an ultra-strong steel alloy to last up to 10 times longer than a standard carbon steel bolt, minimizing the risk of bolt failure during a critical engagement. SAE 9310 steel has a tough, ductile inner core highly resistant to stress fracturing, with a hard outer surface that resists galling and wear, to ensure a service life of up to 60,000 rounds. This is the same steel used in the transmission gears of Formula 1 race cars, so it’s ideal for high-impact, high-heat applications like sustained full-auto fire. Meticulously machined radiuses on all 90-degree corners on the locking lugs help distribute impact force evenly and further reduce risk of premature wear and cracking. Fully supported extractor face and precise extractor engagement further ensure smooth, reliable cycling. Bolts are available individually, or in a completion group, which includes the bolt, firing pin, cam pin and firing pin retaining pin. Available caliber 223.

SPECS: SAE 9310 nickel-chromium-molybdenum steel, black nitrate. Fully assembled with extractor, gas rings, ejector, pins, and springs installed.

Wow - looks impressive
I looked at it under magnification - 1st class machining and polishing - a work of art. There are cheaper bolts, if that's what you want. Remember, the bolt is the most highly stressed part of the AR platform.

Very High Quality Bolt
I don't have 60,000 rounds through it yet, but this is clearly a high quality and very slick bolt that I'm sure will last a long time and be easy to clean. Just in disassembling it and examining the parts, you can see the difference in quality compared to a standard milspec bolt. I would not say this bolt is a necessity, but it sure is nice to have.

You get what you pay for.
They are expensive but JP makes the best bolts & carriers I have ever seen. I got the Enhanced bolt and the full mass stainless carrier. The carrier has a jet black, very smooth finish. It was a bit blotchy when I first opened it but a quick rub with a soft cloth & the splotchyness went away to a uniform jet black. The bearing surfaces are notably wider than a standard carrier & they are very smooth. The finish does not feel as slick to the touch as nickle boron carriers but when it's in the rifle it cycles smoother & feels more precise. I use a light gun grease for lube & that works very well with the wider bearing surfaces on this carrier. I have about 2,000 rounds on this BCG & the finish is wearing off a bit on the leading & trailing edge of the bearing but it's still a polished stainless below the black so it's still very slick and the finish is still perfect on any areas visible while it's in the rifle so it still looks great. My only minor gripe with the carrier is the cut out for the dust cover is narrow. The dust cover closes fine & opens when it should but the tolerances are so tight any jolting of the rifle that causes the carrier to move causes the dust cover to open. IE (setting it down hard on the stock) The bolt itself is nickle boron. The finish is very even & smooth. After +/- 2,000 rounds there is some discoloration (like any nickle boron) around the stem but the finish is still intact & working great. No complaints whatsoever on the bolt. Not even minor, nit picking complaints. This is an expensive BCG but if you are building a high end rifle it's worth it in my opinion.
