What is the LIMBSAVER - Rem. 870, wood?

Designed to specifically fit a wide variety of rifles, shotguns & muzzleloaders, these recoil pads incorporate anti-muzzle jump technology and reduce up to 70% of felt recoil. These recoil pads are installed in seconds and are built for all-weather conditions. Don’t be fooled by competitors who claim to have higher recoil reduction than our pads. Our designs have consistently been proven to outperform every other brand of recoil pad.

These no longer come with screws.

SPECS: NAVCOM synthetic material. Black with black base. Ribbed face. Screw-on replacement requires no fitting for guns with factory recoil pad. Benelli fits 12 gauge, including wood and synthetic stocked M1, Sport, and Super Black Eagle, and synthetic stocked Super Black Eagle II, and wood stocked M2 and Montefeltro. Ruger fits Ruger 77/22 All Weather, plus Sako 75 and Tikka T-3 Lite synthetic stocks. Browning Gold also fits Ruger 77 and #1. Mossberg 835/500 fits post-1999 manufactured guns.

Limb saver
Limb daver saves my shoulder from bruising. Great product. Any large rifle rounds will feel a lot lighter recoil.

Just about a perfect fit!
Bought this recoil pad for my Marlin 336 and the fit was so close to perfect I didn't have to do anything except to re-drill the screw holes to make it perfect! As always Brownell's processed and shipped my order super fast. Thanks

Excellent product.
Most people use the grind to fit limbsaver recoil pads on their Benelli's. I used this one per limbsavers cross reference suggestion. This was very easy to adapt to the Benelli M1 Tactical Pistol Grip Stock. It is SIGNIFICANTLY softer than the grind to fit models. Even 3" mag rifled slugs are a breeze to double tap on.
