What is the STRIKE INDUSTRIES - Enhanced Magazine Plate for Glock 43 +2?

The Strike Industries Glock®43 Extended Magazine Plate (G43 E.M.P) design provides smoother magazine reloading through its low drag / no snag design. The G43 E.M.P provides multiple functions to include an additional 2 rounds bringing the Glock®43 capacity up to 8+1. Along with providing more magazine capacity; the extended grip surface provides extra finger space for a better grip and more control; along with better ergonomics which leads to a higher accuracy potential over the base model subcompact. The SI G43 EMP is a must have addition for your EDC!

NOTE: Due to recent changes made by GLOCK™ to the G43 Magazine, newer magazine version may be unable to load the +2 advertised capacity due to an additional spring coil added by GLOCK™

Problems loading 8 rounds
NOTE: Due to recent changes made by GLOCK to the G43 Magazine, newer magazine version may be unable to load the +2 advertised capacity due to an additional spring coil added by GLOCK I found this on Strike Industries website. All of my G43 magazines are older (5yrs.) and this product works great and feeds fine. I don't have any newer G43 magazines so I couldn't tell you what the difference is. Brownells needs to update the description.

Flawless function
Used 2 different ones on glock factory magazines. Hundreds of rounds through each now. No issues with either. I don't see why people would pay the same money for a grip extension that doesn't add capacity. Looks wise, they aren't quite perfect. Not bad, just not perfect. There is a little big of a line where it meets the magazine. It has never pinched me or had an effect on function. If you want a little bit of a longer grip, or just 2 more rounds on your reloads, these are a great option.

WORKS FOR ME
Works just as advertised. Looks good on the gun. Never had any feed issues. Easiest way to increase your back up mag capacity.

Love this product!
I love these base plates. I run Taran Tactical on a few backup mags (which work flawlessly) and this one for my carry. It looks and feels excellent. No issues with feed or fit. I liked it so much I gifted it to some friends.
