Supplemental Impact/Dust Covers for the 5.56x45 PMAG® 30 AR/M4 GEN M2 MOE® magazines (MAG570 and MAG571), designed to minimize debris intrusion and protect against potential cartridge damage during storage and transit. Made in the USA.

*NOTE:
  • These will also fit all older pre-GEN M2 MOE variants of AR15/M16 PMAG (with Black or Foliage Followers), plus legacy straight-bodied PMAG 20 and EMAG.
  • This cover will likewise fit the PMAG AR/M4 GEN M3 but, because it's a slightly different design, it will not adequately seal those magazine against debris intrusion. MAG685 provides the proper fit.

Must have.
I have some older M2 Pmags that came with the covers. I like the idea of them and thought I should get some for my newer Pmags that didnt have the covers. These covers were way tighter than my originals or my mags got that loose sitting their loaded. Really makes a magazine rigid and makes me feel better storing them. They make a quasi ranger base plate when stored on the end plate of the magazine too. If you have M2s grab some of these and dont think well now the cost of my mag is X you need to think of this as any other add on piece, you may not need it but it is an improvement to the original design.
