I bought 5 and all functioned perfectly. The 10th round is difficult to remove with your hands/fingers but it feed fine. I have an old model 220. The sliding sleeve fits firmly on the magazine and only moves with force. It will slide off the magazine but no real reason to do so. The sleeve firmly fits the bottom of the magazine well and my large (left) hand used the sleeve for contact. I couldn't help it, the extension is where my hand fit over the grip.

Everything looks and fits great. I have an older model 220 (only 6 rounds) and they fit snug and tight. Looking forward to running some rounds through them.
