SD9VE 8.2lb to 5.2lb Don't mess with this kit unless you understand your trigger and sear function. Springs fit easily a real BONUS is the sear spring that only comes in this set. The trigger is the only issue with this kit, you have to file the safety a hair to clear the frame smoothly. There is a real SAFETY ISSUE if you don't file the back of trigger it may not fire and worst of all it may hang just on the edge of the sear and could fire with out your finger on the trigger. The stock trigger on the SD9VE was hot garbage! Extremely hard pull, with a weird mushy wall right before the break. Then of course a really long reset. This kit brings the trigger experience a little more in-line with a less-snappy Gen 4 Glock trigger. It's still mushy, but it's a predictable break right at the end of the pull, and you're not strenuously exercising your index finger to get there either. Does it make the trigger great? No ... but it does make it a LOT better and now it's a gun I don't mind taking to the range and/or keeping as a backup gun at home. For quality after I got it in and working, I'd give it 4-stars. However, you will have to take a file to the trigger as described in other reviews in order to make this work. Otherwise, the trigger physically cannot go back far enough, and it's just not going to work. When you put the trigger in, you'll see what everyone is talking about. Because modification is necessary, and dropping another star. Having to modify a replacement trigger is a pretty big deal, and APEX should have addressed it very early on. Yet, here we are ... still ... It's also worth noting that I did not end up using the striker spring in this kit. I've changed striker springs out on Glocks before and had issues with malfunctions because of light strikes. With the APEX striker spring in, the pathetically light sound of the striker "falling" reminded me too much past issues with other guns. So the stock spring is staying in. And now I prefer the feel of the stock striker spring anyway as it's a little more firm, while the replacement trigger and other springs have lightened the overall pull. So I'll recommend this if you've got an SDxVE. It should be $10 less for all the work it takes to make function.
