An excellent base from which to build a beautiful, smooth and reliably functioning gun. Includes a redesigned trigger spring and a reduced power hammer spring to give controlled trigger pull. Also includes extra power, base pin latch spring. Factory hammer spring is 23 lb. Kit contains one 17 lb. hammer spring, 35% reduced power trigger spring and extra power base pin latch spring.

Very light trigger pull
Installed in a new Ruger Wrangler with a factory trigger pull of 4 1/2 lbs. After install the trigger pull is 1 1/2 lbs. Thats very light as you know perhaps too light but accuracy shooting off hand is much better so Ill try it for a while. I would have been happy with 2 1/2 lb trigger pull so may try the 19 lb spring kit.

Mainspring will not work with newer models that have the lock mechanism under the grip panels. Too long by about eight coils. Tried shortening spring, but apparently, the coils are also smaller in diameter and will jam into the frame. The trigger spring does lighten the pull enough to notice without measuring.
