WILSON COMBAT - Wilson Kit # 349

Not sure why ruger doesn't provide something like this on the first place. The kit comes with 3 springs...a 12# and 10# hammer spring and a 10# trigger. Replacing the springs cut about 1.5# of my trigger pull. I used the 10# springs. It's still a stout pull and adequate for carry. The overall pull is much better. If you aren't afraid of pins, and lots of tiny parts and a handy with a set of gunsmith scree drivers and punches, this is easily done in 10 minutes. If the thought of a bunch of tiny pins and springs makes you nervous have your smith do this. Basically you field strip the gun to the level described on the ruger manual then go one easy step further. Super upgrade, highly recommended

Easy and fast upgrade. Made trigger feel cleaner. Used the #10 spring. Trigger pull went down about 1.0 lbs. Have a Lyman digital trigger pull gauge. Just a better feeling trigger.

Bought this for my daughter's SP101. The stock spring is really stiff for a girl, in my opinion. Put in just the 10# spring. It took about 10 minutes to change. Now it has a really sweet double action trigger pull. All smiles from my daughter.
