Perfect replacement for third generation Smith and Wesson sights...
I couldn't have asked for a better replacement for some worn out, old rear sights on my 5906 and 4006 pistols.

Didn't fit but Brownells fixed the issue
The sight is a quality item but didnt fit my 6904 because the slide wasn't machined for novak sights. Brownells issued a refund and asked that I donate the sight to a gun club. I am very pleased with the service from Brownells and will continue to do business with them.

Beware not a drop in part!
Great price but after reading one of the reviews and chating with two customer service reps and one tech I've come to the conclusion that this part would need custom fitting for the 5906 s&w. Please save a customer time by explaining that this item needs custom machine work to properly fit the 5906 ! "Fitting Required"
