HIVIZ - Glock~ LITEWAVE Front Sight

I like the extra armored protection over the fiber optic plastic light pipes. This design protects the light pipes from breaking as easily, and it looks good too. Bear in mind, with the right tools even teeny tiny SMD electronic parts are easy to install, and the same is true with gun-smithing and armorers work. I do a lot of precision work from building musical instruments to modifying firearms, (within legal parameters conducive to federal and state laws). I prefer tritium night sights, but these are just really cool, especially out doors! Time will tell more, but for now, they look great, and work well too.

It is my opinion only but this item might be done better if it has a more tight tolerance to the sight hole in the pistol slide. It still has a bit of wiggle room and I personally see no way to make it 100% aligned with rear sights w/out may be using a bore sighting laser. I got impression (and may be it is just me) that original glock sight just jumps into its place and could not be turned left or right. This one has a bit of extra space left. Also may be it is a bit expensive for what it is. But again it is just me. Also they could add a screwdriver tip to install it. A special tool is available online starting from 5$ from company named bastion (Glock Front Sight Tool - very good) I would buy this sight again and I like it.
