Perfect Fit
Drop in fire control center works perfectly. I had a 40 S&W barrel and a hand grip I baught a couple of years ago as well as a spare slide and decided to put together a P320, 40 S&W pistol. All I needed was the fre control center and thanks to Brownell's I found exactly what I needed at a very fair price. the assembled parts all fit together perfectly and works great.

I had a 320 lower and slide on hand and purchased a fire control unit (FCU) to build another pistol. The price is pretty much the same from all suppliers, but I really like Brownells 'ship-it-to-you-fast' attitude. The FCU performs as it should...no issues. Lesson learned. Eitherwise, Great Looking Product.
This is my first FCU purchase, looks great coming out of the box. Note: The one thing I was not aware of when I remove the Takedown Lever. The Takedown Lever needs to be turned to the 7 'o clock position, then remove the Lever. Otherwise, the Takedown Safety Lever will block the hole of the Takedown Lever. I could not remove the Takedown Lever, and I had to disassemble the FCU with the Takedown Lever in it. When I got to the point of the Takedown Safety Lever removal, I took the Lever out and finished the reassembly. Like I said, this was my first FCU purchase, and I did not know that the Takedown Lever needs to be turned to the 7 'o clock position prior to removing the Lever. Lesson learned. Otherwise, it looks great, now it's time for the range to do the reliability test.
