Switch Tactics. The DS-SR07 is a waterproof switch assembly for SureFire's Scout Light® WeaponLights. It includes a system disable feature, click-on/off pushbutton switch, and a plug-in SR07 switch assembly with a 7-inch momentary-on and click-on/off remote tape switch. The integrated pushbutton and remote switch assemblies operate independently, providing switch redundancy.

This is a MUST HAVE!
This is a must have buy once cry once accessory. The convenience of the features of having the temporary tape switch with redundant latching on/off switches make this switch so versatile! It has great tactile feel and the waterproof cap means it will run for years!

Great switch, but…
It is a great switch for my surefire scout pro light. However, there is an apparent order in which to reassemble the light so it works correctly. You have to take the head and battery out, then install the switch cap. Then reassemble the battery and head onto the body. For some reason if you do this out of order the switch doesn’t want to work correctly.
